Elje Villa

The villa has a nice and well kept garden and patio. Bathroom is very spacious Both Elna and Marie Therese are extremely kind and helpful. It is possible to have dinner at the villa, which I'd definitely recommend: the food is delicious, home made and comes for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was also great with fresh fruit, homemade juice, pancakes. They kindly got soy milk to accommodate my request.

When I booked I understood the definition of "entire apartment" as having a private kitchen. This is not the case, you get a bedroom and a bathroom and access to a shared kitchen. This wasn't a problem for us, but it might for someone else.

Elje is so kind and the place is beautiful. big garden, my room has terrace in front, the bathroom was so cute with sell decorations, lot of details that make a difference. she will make breakfast for you at the time you want. the kitchen is shared and it’s very big. the living room is part of the kitchen, the house has a lot of space. outside you can relax in the terace where you will have 2 big table and transat. thank you so much Elje, I wish I will have stay longer!

lovely villa in a nice garden, very welcoming comfortable and relaxed home stay. the owner and staff were warm and friendly. breakfast was plentiful and interesting different every day, great location for beach , shops, restaurants. the owner offers to cook an evening meal if required.

everything. it was like living in a family. and we like rescue and fluffy- the dogs. Elna is caring all the time. we loved the breakfast. and Marie-Therese is georgeous. always joking and encouraging. Thank you very much for this pleasant stay

Everything was Great.

Very tasty breakfast. Very friendly owner. Quiet surroundings. Bikes available for rental (they need some service to be done). In the walking distance from the ferry.

I like the location, it is close to ferry, shops and restaurants. You can walk to these places, you don’t need bike always but you can rent a bike at the property. Owners are great, helpful, breakfast is nice, i like especially omellette. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It really felt like home. A/C, tv, internet, shower all works well.

Beautiful villa. Hosts were lovely - when we arrived we were greeted with fresh juice. We had lots of mosquito bites and straight away they gave us some calamine lotion that was their own. They organised bikes for us, which arrived within 15 min. Not far from many restaurants that we could cycle to. The breakfast was amazing - fresh fruit, pancakes, bacon, freshly cooked eggs (what ever way you wanted) and enough toast to feed an army. It was lovely sitting on the porch having breakfast. While we were waiting on our taxi to depart we were chatting to the house keeper on the porch and I was fascinated by some of the lovely stories she was telling me about her life and travels. Beautiful place and beautiful people - a little gem.
