"Nice stay in small but convenient traditional house."

Small, quiet house close to the seashore with great little hike. Although it’s small it’s very comfortable either way good, well stocked kitchen and wonderful free food basket with fruits and breakfast things. Also things like salt sugar coffee tea oil vinegar and spices. Much better than most places where you are lucky to find some salt in the kitchen. Great service

The house is truly adorable and we enjoyed our stay very much. Even when we had to stay inside because of the weather it felt cozy and not cramped at all! The little heater for sure is an amenity! Highly recommend 😊

"Superb"

Very charming authentic lava house on Pico island, located in between Madalena (10 minutes by car) and Sao Roque (15 minutes by car). A huge extra is the closeness to the airport. Very well equipped, basically you get a fully functional home experience. The owners are very kind and attentive, they even left a welcome package of local groceries. If you would like an immersive experience I highly recommend this place! Bonus: cute cats! <3

The shower is indeed pretty small, but totally manageable and I'm on the bigger side (tall and wide lol)!

Beautiful, quiet and remote location very close to the ocean (although one should def consider renting a car because shops etc. are quite far away). The house was well equipped and we really enjoyed the little garden. Friendly local cats. :)

The house was a little dark, during the evenings more lights would make the place more cosy.

Localization is amazing. We got a welcoming basquet of local products. Extra amazing thing is that this house is secured by two local cats, super nice ones :) highly recomend!
