It’s a nice little house with a great bbq on the outside terrace. Great view onto the water!

It’s close to the airport, so every now and then you can hear the planes. During the night there are no flights though and not all start/land on the side the house is at, so you don’t hear that many.

Nice place to stay on the islands. It has a good scenery and a tasty welcome food basket.

Secluded by the lava rock cliffs, not so convenient without a car, but beautiful. Difficult to find if map isnt

This house is just adorable and I really couldn’t understand some negatif comments after staying 4 nights here. The house is a typical small wine cellar (adega) made with volcanic stones, it is very cute and photogenic. It has a terrace with a big table where you can watch the sunset on one side and Pico on the other side while drinking a nice Pico wine. there is another half closed terrace again with a big table where you can make barbecue and enjoy the views. Then in the house there is everything one can need. we prepared full meals without any issue. And the “welcome basket” from the owner is not just a small courtesy gift, it’s like he actually went shopping for us! we had everything needed for the breakfasts (for 4 days) already provided, cheese, yogurts, fruits, biscuits, coffee, tea etc…Overall the experience was incredible, an island like Pico deserves a typical and magical stay like this one. Oh and there was sardine festival in the village when we where there, there was music, very nice people, beer and wine 1 Euro and fresh sardines for free!!

As already mentioned, the shower is a bit small but so what, it is better to have a quick shower there and enjoy the rest of the house and views the rest of the time.
