The information about the terrace is very misleading, it is not private but shared with the whole building.

The apartment was great, authentic italian style. We loved it!

Only one slight thing was the floor wasn’t so clean. No other issues at all!

Great position. Excellent coffee and little percolator

Major delay with check in. You have to wait for the property manager to be available. And they go off for lunch for 90 mins. Couldn’t get an earlier check in. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that we had to toss who slept there! We had to ask for wine glasses, tea towels, blanket for sofa bed and towels for extra person. But all were delivered with the hour. So while we were disappointed initially thankfully Raphael was great and came straight back. We never saw Annamarie and Comms were pretty difficult. Location is absolutely fantastic, about a two minute walk to the beach and on ground level opposite a great cafe and the rooftop terrace is great but is detached from the apartment up four flights of stairs, however that’s what you get in monopoly

The property is perfect. Spotless clean. Tidy. Has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. Is very quiet. We were provided soap for the clothes washing machine. In the perfect position in the old town, but close enough to be dropped at the old town wall and 2 minute walk to the apartment. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. The table and chais out the front are great. The host AnnaMaria was magnificent in responding to our communications and assisting us with our enquiries!! I had friends stay at Don Ferrante hotel (our group had booked out Don Ferrante for a big birthday celebration) and they preferred Casa Maristella.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the apartment.
