"A nice place for our 10 day stay in Monopoli"

Loved the location of Casa Maristella! Perfect for the beach, restaurants, wandering around. The guesthouse was clean, bright and comfortable with lots of space to unpack for our 10 day stay. The shower was so nice and the house stayed cool in the crazy heatwave!!

The rooftop terrace patio had an amazing view and was nice to sit at the table for a glass of wine in the late evening, but we expected to have a place to relax and lounge up there. There’s so much space for a few lay back loungers / umbrella that would make all the difference! As mentioned, it was a crazy heatwave, and we spent more time indoors than we wanted because there was nowhere outside with enough shade.

Amazing location in the old town with an outside space onto a buzzing square.

That the patio wasnt connected to the actual apartment but shared and accessed via a separate entrance, couldnt make this out in the pics or the description very well.
