Portclew Cottages

Warm, spacious house, with 3 double rooms with ensuite and 1 single room with double bunk bed and ensuite. Good location for Tenby, Freshwater East and Barafundle. Food shops available at local petrol station and Pembroke.

Fantastic location in quiet countryside with a pleasant walk to the beach. Gardener's Cottage has character, was very comfortable and sufficiently well-equipped for a couple who like to cook from scratch. We had some minor queries that were promptly addressed about heating and lighting. There is easy parking immediately outside. We even used the compact washing line!

Almost nothing to criticise. The electric hob is efficient but a little complicated to operate. Gave me a reason to leave cooking to my husband! In the colder months the stable door into the one-room ground floor may be a little challenging.

Location excellent, nice and spacious cottage, clean and warm. Ample parking. Comfy sofas. Instructions clear and simple. Just as expected. Shame the potential of noise from the flat above lets this apartment down.

Noise from the apartment above was annoying and people banging around woke us up late in the evening and early in the morning due to the tenants seeming to get up early and come in late. It's one of the only negatives of the apartment, and it would probably stop me booking there again based on the fact you could have neighbours banging around above your room. Not ideal. WiFi was also a little unreliable for streaming Netflix consistently.

Lovely cottage in lovely location. Clean, spacious, well equipped.

Only issue we had was exhaust fan in bathroom did not switch off. Went all night. Just a minor tech issue and did not spoil our stay.
