Portclew Cottages

Excellent location with garden and fields around and good access to a lovely beach and dunes. House was very comfy for 4 people and decor was good.

Remember to take your shampoos etc.

The cottage was really lovely. Nice use of the space and good facilities Wonderfully peaceful when we were there too. It's a great base to get to just about anywhere in Pembrokeshire. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower room/toilet was clean. Our bedroom was comfortable and we had plenty of space.

The heating was a little erratic and either on and scorching or off and cold but that is being picky and we quickly got used to it.

Properties were immaculate and comfortable, the facilities were exceptional-everything you could possibly need. Hosts were lovely and incredibly welcoming to everyone of us (age ranged between 4 - 62). The location is perfect, close enough to town for convenience and accessibility but remote enough to be peaceful and tranquil and have an authentic countryside feel. Overall outstanding stay, cannot wait to go back!

the weather

Great facilities with all modern conveniences/appliances. Wide parking spaces. Room in the garden to put our kayaks, when not in use. Outdoor tap and washing line to wash and hang kayak gear.

A little disappointed no one ever came to check in on us. As we did have a couple of questions. Like we couldn't figure out how to turn the main heating on. Which would have been good for drying towel's etc. However there was a tumble dryer, so we used that.
