The property is in a great location and has been refurbished to a very high standard, making it extremely comfortable.

The whole place is beautifully furnished. Everything you could need for a perfect stay. The location was great for us. Right next to the pub that serves lovely food and easy to get around the Dales from.

Nothing to dislike

The property is beautiful and plenty of space inside. Very nice furniture and lots of cottage character. We lit the stove for a couple of evenings which warmed up very quickly, and wood was provided. Managed to park right outside the property on the opposite side of the road which was good. The pub right next door served good food and drinks, but gets very busy, so you need to book well in advance before your stay!

The front door sticks, and certainly plenty of ventilation when closed. Some windows don’t shut completely.

This was our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. Nice spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. The back garden catches sunlight throughout the day so a good place for a cuppa! And it sits next door to a lovely pub :)

It was a cosy place to stay with everything you needed after long walks through the magnificent country side. We were a family of six. So the large dinning room was great for us all to sit round.

Great location but also comfortable enough route to just sit around and chat. Pub, shop and bakery close by so all the basics covered. One of the unexpected best bits was going outside on a clear night and looking up at the stars.

The front door sticks to the point where I worry it’s damaging the doorframe.

Clean well equipped cottage in a lovely location.
