The location

The bed was very uncomfortable and so was the sofa also had window that wouldn't stay open had a hole in the wall in kitchen and some cement on floor .

A beautiful find and a wonderful place to stay. Great communication with Pete and very central for everything in barmouth. We will definitely return and recommend to others. There is everything you need for your stay from the kitchen to the utility room. Nice and cozy and the beds were very comfortable.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

cosy little place and the location was great

Having to pay an extra £30 for parking a second car due to there only being one permit and disliked the welcome pack (too much to take in, more like a large book of rules threatening extra charges for this and that) and the tv was not easy to use at all. Dusty furniture in bedroom.

Location was excellent house was lovely

Hardly any tv channels in living room when it was raining. Apart from that we will be returning asap

Really lovely place and have rebooked for next year and hopefully every year after. The best place we've stayed in 4 years.

The only thing I'd say is we found all the mattresses quite hard and a few more Pillows as we preferred 2 Pillows for each single and 4 for the double

Well named - it was a cosy cottage. The location was brilliant - so close to bus stop and train as we were part of a rambling group walking sections of the coastal path each day.

Loved the location, host was very friendly and helpful over messages and I had everything I needed there.

I couldn’t work the heating properly but that’s down to the user not the system. There was nothing I didn’t like and thought it was a beautiful stay

Aeflor cottage is a gem, so spacious and comfortable, everything anyone could need for a stay in Barmouth. A parking space is allocated for the cottage just over the road at Bradburys garage. The Co - op supermarket and Iceland just over the road too. If traveling by rail the station is a 5 minute walk away. The owner Pete is such a nice person, communication is amazing. I would recommend Aelfor cottage for couples,or families, it's all there for everyone to enjoy Barmouth and the surrounding areas.
