The location is perfection! Can wander into Barmouth within minutes. Parking was convenient too. The property was lovely, well kept and tastefully decorated.

There wasn't a garden as advertised which was a pain with the dogs. It was a big selling point to be able to just let them out in the morning and before bed for a pee but unfortunately that wasn't possible.

Great location. Nice cozy cottage (as the name suggests). Spacious. Clean. Quiet.

Nothing not to like. Worth noting that although dog friendly there is no garden. But this didn't effect my stay at all.

Fantastic location right in the centre of town, very handy being behind the co-op too. Very close to beach. Good size cottage with comfy beds and great amenities. Communication from host was great.

Some of the cleaning items were empty( toilet bleach and air freshner) and only 1/2 toilet roll left for a family of 4, which didn't last. previous people obviously didn't know how to recycle so ended up sorting all their rubbish out too and sorting into correct boxes on Sunday.
