The closeness to the islands and the ease of getting back and forth. It had all the things we needed, and was quiet. And the people around us were friendly as well.

Coming from the city, it was extremely quiet because we forgot our fan/sound machine.

"EXCEPTIONAL host and a southern charm stay"

First, and foremost, Corner is an EXCEPTIONAL host. We arrived around 9:30 pm. He met us at the location to let us in, show us around and take care of anything we needed. He was available by phone/text leading up to, and during our stay.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

"Not what we expected"

We arrived at the address we were given and we were honestly disappointed. This was not the picture on the booking site. The interior pictures were of this place but the picture showed one of the older homes in Beaufort and we were expecting a cottage or something behind the house. The place was a single wide mobile home in a trailer park. We did not stay in the place we booked because there was an AC problem with it but we were given a bigger place down the road. It was newly renovated but also a double wide mobile home With 3 homes behind it. It was clean and well equipped. It was close to the Marine Air Base we were visiting. The owner was very helpful and gracious. The place was fine, just not what we were expecting.
