The Owner agree to canceled the booking

The house is not clean. Shabby bed, sofa that can't be sat on, dining table & chairs like it hasn't been wiped for a long time, toilet is not clean, there is a washing machine but I don't have the heart to wash clothes because it's not clean. When called the Owner, she said yesterday I Clean my self..... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 We were disappointed because it was the first time we got a homestay like this. Luckily we were able to cancel this booking...

The location was perfect and near my required destination.

Although it was not the owner's fault, they were not informed that the lifts would not work from the Ground floor due to ongoing Maintenance. We have to walk up staircases to the 2nd floor. My wife and I have Knee problems and suffered a Lot during the Stay. We also informed the property owner, and he apologised for the same.
