GBFacilities were superb. Ideal for our extensive family,we had three separate dwellings that fitted our needs perfectly. Lovely location as well. Will definitely return in the near future. Excellent.
Just unfortunate with a flood in one of our dwellings. Very quickly put our minds at rest and dealt with very swiftly.
USGBLocation and layout of accommodation. Small extra touches like the jug of milk in the fridge for new arrivals and the biscuits for tea and coffee (nice touch). Kitchen facilities and that we had a little garden to relax in too.
The amount of flies and mosquitoes (alive and dead) in the twin room around the big window and blinds. We spent some time clearing them out. We found a small cake wrapper down the side of the lamp table by the double bed too. The water softener in the kitchen was just caked in a salt block explosion (on outside of machine) and I personally felt this over softening May be why the shower water had a slippery feel to it which wasn’t pleasant when your staying three days.

needed .better and more kitchen kit, eg baking trays, better quality crockery. microwave had no markings. cobwebs higher up on ceilings in a few places.

We had extreme difficulties to contact the owners to tell us the access code to the key locker. This was a last-minute booking for the same day, but the owners themselves were unavailable until 6:30, well after the earliest check-in time of 4pm. The only phone number available from either Booking.com or their own web site, a mobile number, went to answer phone with the message, more or less, not to leave a message! We hung around at home for an extra hour, but eventually, it only being a 40-min drive, we chanced it and found a friendly permanently resident neighbour who helped us contact the cleaner whom we could convince to divulge the access code. Otherwise, we might have had to return home. The cooker hood did not work, neither fan nor lights. We sent a text at 5pm on our first full day, and got an answer next morning that the "the housekeeper will check today". A housekeeper never showed up before the end of our stay, two days later.
GBIt was spacious and had absolutely everything we needed for a home from home stay plus it was virtually in the grounds of our favourite nature reserve.
Nothing! Everything was fine although it wasn’t a problem but we were surprised that facilities to recycle weren’t available. We just took ours home.
GBIt was a beautiful property in a beautiful part of the world. It had everything that we needed to keep our two young grandsons happy for a long weekend.
