GBA self catering property. We enjoy the nearby Suffolk Trust nature reserve, as well as visits to other reserves in the area.

GBGBThe photos did not do the lodge justice. The location, within a stroll of the bird sanctuary, was amazing. It enabled us to take a walk in the evening after the public had left.
We ran out of logs. It would have been useful to have been able to buy some more - from perhaps an honesty box?

GBGBGBWonderfully clean and quiet barn conversion in a beautiful partof Suffolk. Everyone slept well and enjoyed themselves with the onsite facilities, local restaurants and attractions. The people we encountered going in and out of the owner's home were all lovely and friendly and they seemed available if anything went awry, although we didn't need to call on them. Strangely when a holiday rental is perfect the review is relatively short but this should not be taken as anything other than high praise for Lackford Lakes Barns. I would go again in an instant and recommend to friends and family.
It might have been useful to have a clock in the lounge but do we want to keep time on holiday anyway? Also salt and pepper could be helpful to have.
