Residenza Eos

Nous venons de passer 17 jours en couple à Residenza Eos et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La communication avec nos hôtes a été très facile, fluide et réactive. La résidence dégage une ambiance familiale qui met à l’aise. Les murs sont décorés avec goût de nombreux tableaux. Tout est pensé pour le confort : climatisation dans chaque pièce, connexion wifi, et une cuisine équipée pour cuisiner sur place. La terrasse sur le toit est un vrai plus : idéale pour prendre les repas en plein air ou faire sécher du linge – on s’y sent comme chez soi. L’emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur d’Ortigia, tout en étant au calme. Tout se fait à pied : marchés, restaurants, monuments, mer… ce qui rend le séjour à la fois pratique et reposant.

Die Wohnung war riesengroß und das typische Altbaucharme war auf jeden Fall vorhanden. Die tollen alten Fenster mit dem noch intakten mechanismus waren besonders interessant. Ergänzt wurde das alles durch eine große Dachterasse und die Möglichkeit da Abends entspannt zu sitzen. Die Wohnung ist zudem sehr gut im Zentrum gelegen. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Besonders toll war, das uns Pierluigi dabei unterstütz hat, ein Parkhaus für unseren Aufenthalt direkt auf Ortigia zu reservieren (20€ die Nacht), welches recht nah an der Unterkunft war.

Punktabzug gibt es klar für den Umstand, dass die Wohnung doch sehr stark vom Schimmel befallen war. Das war schon viel und gut auffällig. Meine Partnerin und ich sind allergiker und haben unsere 2 Nächte nur durch die Einnahme von mehreren Allergietablettten überstanden. Schimmel scheint ein generelles Problem auf Sizilien zu sein, hier war es aber doch etwas viel. Wer damit kein Problem hat (wir haben es ja auch überlebt) wird eine tolle und sehr historische Unterkunft genießen.

Very well furnished and tastefully furnished apartment. Comfortable and quiet. Right in the historic center of Ortigia.

Address was not as thought. We missed message from host sent on day of arrival that provided actual address of apartment so took taxi to wrong location (shown in Booking.com.) It was a bit of a hassle to get to apartment with luggage.

Very cozy and comfortable place in the heat of Ortigia. We would love to come back again.

Very nice appartment, it was well equipped, and the style was very nice. It was completely clean and it was nice to have coffee.

The bed was a little bit soft.
