The comfort and the fact that we could make the place really warm. The wood fire was amazing

As we had elderly and disabled people in our group a handrail in the back steps would have been good.

"A great little place for a group getaway"

A great place to stay for a group getaway. Five ageing gents attending ANZAC services. Beds very spacious and comfortable. Very good cooking facilities. Bathroom modern. Lounge spacious with sky tv Chanel’s . A great place to stay.

The kitchen utensils, glasses, plates were plentiful. Lovely new fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

The gardens need a little TLC.

Lovely quiet home and great location in walking distance to the Greytown shopping centre. Very spacious for family gatherings.

It would be great if sliding door & basin in separate toilet were in working order.

Good location, here for a wedding. No breakfast offered did not need any more facilities

Perhaps a loaf of bread for breakfast good comfortable
