Spacious and practical, had all we needed Good Garden and decking, shade Sun avaiable through the day Short walk from town

"Pleasant"

Large house. It was cold but warmed up pretty quickly with the heat pump. The house was advertised as having 2 bathrooms when there was only one. However there was 2 toilets.

The first thing we saw was of course the front door which was very dirty. The windows in the house were filthy. Not a good look & this made us feel uncomfortable. Also the gardens need a lot of attention.

Brought our own breakfast but good supply of coffee/ teas and breakfast spreads. Hot water supply for 5 adults was excellent. Lots of room in house - large TV. .

Place looked rather tired and not cared for outside ie windows in need of clean and gardens very overgrown.

Lots of space and comfortable beds .. amazing eclectic mix of books ! Easy access for a late night arrival (once we found the entrance )

A light on the number at the driveway might be helpful on dark nights if arriving late …

Spacious and well stocked with everything you need. Private. Great fire. Secure backyard.
