I could feel the spring on my mattress so it was not very comfortable.

- Parking lot in front of the accommodation. - There are many eating places within 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. - Provide washing machine & dryer.

- By then my family came down from Mt Hakodate, checked into the accommodation and took our dinner at a nearby restaurant, it was 9pm. However, the instructions given by the owner was that we had to stop using the washing machine and dryer (same machine) by 10pm and they would then lock that laundry area. It was something which we found very difficult complying. - Since I had booked the whole accommodation, why is the 3rd bed in the 1st room not having a mattress cover on it? Although the cabinet in the room has extra mattress covers, they left instructions that we were not supposed to touch them. - Similarly, the 2nd room which has 2 single beds and 2 double deck beds had 2 upper deck beds and 1 lower deck bed without mattress covers. - The 3rd room was locked. I couldn't use it at all.
