It was good for 2 night stay to attend a family event

Clean, comfortable and everything we needed for a brief stay

The hot water for the bath/shower took a very long time to get hot.

The location is really good, just around 2 hours by car from Central London, 25 minutes to the beautiful Seven Sisters and the beach, and only 15 minutes to the charming village of Alfriston. Hailsham is just 10 minutes away by car, where you can find all kinds of big supermarkets, restaurants, and even car charging points. There are lots of activities around for kids as well. To be honest, I didn’t go for a walk around the area, so I can’t comment on that part. At first, when I realised our house was number 24, I was a bit worried the place would be crowded and lack privacy. But I was wrong, even though the houses are quite close to each other, it felt very private. I didn’t see anyone outside, although clearly people were staying there (some parked cars). You do feel very safe in the area. The hot tub is definitely the highlight of the house, very clean and well-maintained. It made the stay extra relaxing. We had a small issue during the stay, and I called customer service. They were super friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. Great service!

Great chalet, had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub, great additional feature.

Only had one toilet roll, had to buy some.

Great organisation, very clean lodge.

Great value, has everything we need plus the hot tub. A real treat..

The sofa and chair we had could do with an update. Was tired looking and not so comfortable.
