It's our 4th year here we have a week have already booked for next year the area is lovely and lodges are spacious

We were disappointed as the hot tub water didn't seem very clean and was quiet scummy and the mattress with the 2 single beds were very uncomfortable

This is our second stay using this company. Loved being able to switch off with the family. Cosy and it’s always we enjoy. Lovely walks not far. We did the long man walk and then checked in. Hot tub was perfect and no issues. Just remember to bring everything you need. We took dvds to as WiFi no good for streaming.

We had a lovely second stay in this location, everything was as expected, pity I could not book better weather! The Hot tub was a complete bonus.

It was lovely there. You defo need a car though. If you want a peaceful quiet retreat it's ideal.

It was fine for 3 of us, living room is small though not ideal for bigger families. I don't like the way they reserve your money for damages. I mean surely they could get insurance for things like that. Makes you feel untrustworthy as well and we are genuinely good people. If something broke, it would be accidentally.

No flowers in garden could b made prettier for the hot tub, no instructions for job on oven couldn’t work it

Very clean, and well maintained, they had a very nice welcome pack and enough towels were provided.

Internet definitely is very slow there was no information about it while booking but it said in yhe lodge the Internet is not good enough for youtube, netflix etc (streaming), also the tv is very outdated and small, an upgrade would be highly appreciated.

The lodge was very clean and tidy, the bed was incredibly comfortable overall the stay and experience was very good however there was a few things that could be improved on, the WiFi was terrible, very slow and in the end we ended up using mobile data, the blu ray player didn't work the cooker made a funny noise like it was about to blow up and the hottub wasnt cleaned every day as mentioned. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and overall we both absolutely love our time spent here just a few minor issues that would of made it perfect and flexibility of the 10am check out time would also be nice.
