Golden Cross Holiday Park

Nice and peaceful Very clean and tidy Was peaceful lil get away for me and husband Hot tub is a lovely bonus

Even though I was there for New Year's, Simon was still reachable as we had an issue with the hot tub (it was not working), and he tried his best to fix the issue, which he did the next morning

Have been staying here for many of years to see in the new year over the past couple of years we have noticed at the lodges are looking a little tired and unloved they are not as clean and homely as they used to be

Not very cleaned we found a few chocolate wrappers under the bed found a bracelet under another bed clearly wasn’t hovered very well there was a washing machine in our lodge which had dirty water in the drum which made the lodge smell

I have to say our favourite was the hot tub!

Amazing value, facilities, wonderful helpful service at check in, we love every minute!

Only comment would be to leave an inventory of the wear and tear, there are a few knocks and dings that we were stressed we'd be charged for

Garage for amenities close by. Lovely and warm, hot tub very clean.

Parking space was very muddy due to the heavy rain. Maybe stones or slabs to avoid this.

The toilet needs bleach down it.

Keys left inside property for arrival. We have stayed here numerous times as we visit family in Eastbourne. It is the best lodges with a hot tub in the area for the best price, we have stayed at at other lodges with hot tubs in the area which are substantially more money, including golden cross sister parks. But for a good value cheap relaxed weekend away I will keep returning to golden cross
