The location was convenient and the check-in process was straightforward. The property was reasonably spacious and had the basic facilities needed for a short stay.

Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property was very disappointing. The flat had a strong stale smell, similar to an old, long-abandoned house. It appeared poorly refurbished, with many worn-out fixtures and finishes showing significant signs of age and use. Cleanliness and general upkeep were below expectations. To make matters worse, there was a problem with the boiler during our stay, which left us with limited or no heating for the last two days. This made the apartment uncomfortable, especially given the weather. Overall, the property did not match the standard presented in the listing and requires significant improvement._

The TV set up was fine

Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations. The surrounding area didn’t feel particularly safe, with neighbouring properties having a lot of rubbish outside, which made the environment feel quite neglected. Inside, the house felt very tired and not especially clean. Basic items were missing — there was no hand soap in the bathroom and no cloth provided for washing dishes in the kitchen (only a tea towel). Even simple things like the sweeping brush were unusable, as the head wasn’t properly attached and kept falling off. While the bed linen itself was clean, the pillows and quilts were heavily stained and clearly needed replacing, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. Overall the house felt quite grimy and not well maintained. For the price being charged, it simply wasn’t good value, particularly for a family. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again.

Das schlimmste waren die Matratzen, total durchgelegen, man hat die Sprungfedern im Rücken gespürt und alles tat morgens weh. Es war nicht wirklich sauber, nur oberflächlich, das Besteck und die Teller und Gläser waren dreckig, auch war der Ofen kaputt. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank dreckig und auch die Einsätze waren kaputt, zudem viel zu klein für 6 Personen (ein Mini Kühlschrank) Es gab kein Besen oder Staubsauger im Haus und leider lag sehr viel Müll und Dreck im Vorgarten bzw. Direkt vor dem Eingang.

The property is affordable and comfortable. The location is ok and you can park on the street for free but need to secure your car properly. The accommodation staffs responds right away when you have any issues and questions.

It’s not that clean, the toilet seat at that time is a bit wobbly, but the staff responds right away and offer to change the toilet seat.
