Two Palm House - Vermont Hermanus

I cannot evaluate this venue as we did not actually stay in this house. The host moved us to a different house a few days before our visit. The house we were moved to was very nice, and well equipped. Only frustration is that the last minute move without really asking but more just telling left us unsure what to expect. Would like this to not happen to other guests, don’t see how venue can simply be changed without really liaising with the client first.

Nice neighborhood, quite a distance from Hermanus central but did not mind the drive. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, even a braai on the deck. I was happy about the good quality bed and clean bedding. The unit had everything we needed.

When we got there we phoned, no response and no one opened - we waited and had to shout to get someone's attention to open up, no follow up from the host before arrival. When she arrived she apologised and was very helpful

I liked the look and feel of the property. It is neat and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Definitely value for money.

The place is a bit cold. There s no air conditioning and the heater doesn't warm up the Livingroom enough.

Fully kitted home & kitchen. Many seating options inside & outside. Close-ish to ocean

No clear instructions on how to check-in Burglar guard key malfunctioned

We appreciated happiness I'll like to come back again for weekend thank you

The house worked perfectly for us. Great location near the ocean and we'll equipped.
