Immaculate. Nice size. Tastefully designed and decorated. Little touches ...like a welcome pack that saved us going out once we arrived after a 13 hour journey 😀 lovely place for a weekend away. Super shower..comfy bed ...everything we needed and more

Everything, liz was an amazing host, and made us so very very welcome. We were left to our own devices. It was a lovely break away from work. We will definitely return.

The location is great if you are wanting the coast of the broads. There is a great pub in the village but please book in advance if you can. The host was lovely and the little extras such as breakfast bits provided and snacks were a lovely surprise. The lodge has everything you need and is exceptionally clean. The location is so quiet and you can enjoy listening to the birds. Fabulous and we will go back

"Lovely cosey lodge for a couples retreat"

The lodge had everything you could need and the welcome pack was lovely and furnished very well. Lovely location, private access to property and parking. Highly recommend a meal at The Crown pub..

Unfortunately when we stayed there was a bush in the garden which either had a wasps nest in or attracted a lot of wasps, which meant the garden could not be used. We had to keep the French doors shut in the lounge, as they wanted to fly in. Garden needed some tlc, maybe the bushes attracting the wasps could removed.

"Perfect in every way"

The property is an absolute gem. Clean, comfortable and totally private. Everything inside the property was of excellent quality and there were many extras such as wine, chocolates and a good selection of breakfast items. What could be nicer than waking up to the sunshine shining over the fields. Highly recommend this lovely, peaceful little place.

Wonderfully appointed cosy cottage for two. Immensely private and extremely comfortable. Hosts were welcoming and attentive. Great base for exploring the North Norfolk coast with ancient churches, bustling towns and long beaches.

"The perfect relaxing retreat."

A beautiful home in a stunning rural location. Liz was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and provided a basket full of breakfast goodies which was a lovely touch!
