"Perfect in every way."

Excellent location, extremely helpful host and wonderfully comfortable cottage. Exceeded my expectations in every way. The shepherd's hut was adorable! Easy to park. Lovely garden.

I doubt that anything could have been done better.

"Wonderful Cottage for a relaxing get away"

Fabulous cottage with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Very homely and cosy. Beds were very comfy. Nice garden to sit in. In the garden is a Shepherds Hut which small occupants would really enjoy. Easy to walk to the river where we did an early evening tour on the Solar Heritage boat. Ship Pub is just down the road. We visited Weald & Downland Museum (where the Repair Shop is filmed) which was very interesting with all the houses that have been reconstructed. Stansted House also very nice with a lovely lunch at the Pavilion. Bosham is delightful with a great lunch at The Millstream.

Wi-fi a bit hit & miss but OK outside by the gate. Just need to note that stairs to the twin room upstairs (not shown on the site) are very steep. No problem for children or if you are fit.

"Really lovely place that more than lived up to its very positive rating."

Lovely cottage in a charming location. Host was very helpful. I wish we had stayed longer. Good local pub and plenty of nice places to eat locally. Couple of supermarkets within a few minutes drive to stock up on food.

Happened to be there on a very hot weekend which drew thousands of people to West Wittering beach which is nearby. This blocked up the only road out of the area.

Lovely quiet location - minutes from the harbour. The courtyard garden and the shepherds hut were lovely additions and our children loved the dolls house in the top bedroom

Slight miscommunication about a question I'd asked in the booking but it wasn't a big problem
