Everything! It’s spacious and clean, everything that was advertised. Walking distance to cafes and shops, parking available, communication with host easy with prompt reply. Comfortable beds, hot shower with good pressure.

"Great location, very clean and comfortable."

Great location, convenient to walk to the city centre and bus/train station, nice to have two bathrooms. Comfortable common area with TV. Quiet location. Good beds in spacious bedrooms.

A few minor issues: kettle lid stuck. Lock on French doors to back garden difficult to operate. Would be good to provide some blankets as alternative to heavy duvets. Would be useful to provide instructions on how to control the heating.

The location was perfect and property was really well equipped.

A slight draft from the window in the master bedroom which was only a problem as we had a baby in a travel cot.
