GBThe barn was perfect for a few days away .Very cosy ,we loved the log burner and the beautiful gardens .John the host was very friendly and helpful .There was lots of information about the surroundings and places to visit .There was an outdoor pool ,sauna and hot tub for our use which unfortunately we couldn’t use because of the weather .The barn was well equipped and comfortable .
The decking area could use a bit of attention and maybe some better pillows .
GBWe had everything we needed. Excellent communication from John, the host. The lit woodburning stove was very welcome. It was very comfortable and just wish we had had time to explore the grounds.
The wi-fi is patchy but we didn't really need it.
GBWe loved the most part of the whole visit. The grounds where absolutely stunning and peaceful. The barn is beautiful and well equipped. Dubious abut having to put money in for electric but we just stuck a fiver in as soon as we got there and that lasted us 2 days , so not a great deal.
My partner and his son both got splinters in their foot from the living room floor. So advise to bring slippers or flipflops etc. The wifi is very sketchy but honestly its that beautiful and peaceful you dont even want your phones etc.

The barn we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous.
GBLocation was ideal, tucked away from the main towns but only a 10 minute drive to the nearest town for food etc. The host was very accommodating and any questions were answered really swiftly.
The WiFi was a little hit and miss, but there was plenty of DVDs for on an evening
