"Great accommodation, easy parking and a short walk from central Kirkwall."

Warm and comfortable house with with excellent facilities.

Hot water in kitchen too hot and scalding. Dangerous for and children visiting. Okay once we knew the hot water was very hot. Dining table cramped and in a corner.

- Exceptionally clean - Comfy beds - Amazing host!! We stayed for a long time and Louise was often checking in, giving us fresh bedding/towels which was really appreciated without a dryer.

"A great location from which to explore the delights of Orkney."

The location in Kirkwall was quiet and had easy access to the centre of Kirkwall. The private parking was easy to use and convenient. There was an efficient heating system and the kitchen was well enough stocked for us to be able to cook our own meals if we wanted to. Louise, the owner had left us some milk and food, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Nothing. Personally I would have slept better with softer pillows, but that's a purely personal thing. Not everyone in our group felt the same!
