The location was excellent. Kintbury is a lovely village close to beautiful walks and several market towns and historic sites. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The check in and out is well organised and very convenient. Essentials are almost on the doorstep with a convenience store around the corner.

Sadly we missed the fact that there isn't a real bedroom with a proper bed but the sitting room doubles up as a bedroom by way of a sofa bed. Even though the sofa bed is easy to set up and is undoubtedly a good one it is not a bed and for someone with a sensitive back it was not good. We will most definitely return once we see there is a proper bed.

parking really needs to be told on the advert of the property before booking thats its very small tight area

Beautiful cosy and homely cottage, Excellent host and family, the property was tidy and clean with fresh flowers laid out.
