il Pettirosso in Positano

Very family friendly accomodation wirh an one time stunning sea view.

The property was spacious and well equipped. The views were amazing!

This is not really about the property specifically but Positano in general. The logistics of getting to the property and around Positano are not for everyone. The amount of stairs involved to get anywhere are extensive. From the street to the apartment it’s probably about 70 steps and from the apartment to the top where the market is and the bus stops it’s about 200 steps.

Great location and views. Apartment has most amenities required. Our host, Rosanna, was very kind and informative.

The villa was very spacious & had nice views from the terrace. There were a lot of very good restaurants within easy walk & bus stop at bottom of stairs. Parking station very close by.

When you sat down on the terrace you could no longer see the view which was a shame. Would benefit from having higher bar type stools to fully enjoy the view.

This property has a terrace with an amazing view over the Positano bay. This terrace was the highlight of our stay. It is a spacious apartment which fitted our whole family and there are restaurants downhill.

This is not a family or destination for elderly. There are a lot of stairs and a long way down to the harbour/beach so go for a day trip unless you are ready for heavy exercise. The kitchen could be better equipped and ideally better water pressure in the showers.

I liked the view from our room and all of the facilities were excellent.

Our host didn't speak English so it made the hand off difficult. We got lucky because our driver was Italian and was able to communicate with our host and get us our keys and find the location of the property.

An amazing apartment with so much space, great facilities including a laundry, two bathrooms and three terraces with spectacular views!

There are over 80 steps up to the apartment from the street with no other way to access it. The only time this bothered us was when we had to carry heavy luggage up and down. You will need to consider this! We are mid 40’s and fit and we struggled!

Beautiful! Very spacious and balcony view was breathtaking! Kitchen facilities were all we needed and having laundry facilities and a dishwasher were a bonus !!

A bit confusing on trash/recycling procedures but Roseanna was there to help . The steps were a bit much but when you take your time you get use to it. Grocery store is in town so when they offer grocery service ie stock your fridge up before arrival , take them up on that . Roseanna was a great help and Stefania was always available to answer questions!
