"Perfect holiday stay, we loved it"

Beautiful house with everything you could need. Very cosy and homely with lovely furnishings. Immaculately clean. Perfect location in a quiet lane but very close to the main village. Great supply of wood for the fire and the hot tub.

Self catering. Location was excellent

Log fired hot tub took to long to get to suitable temperature and much harder to regulate but still managed to use it

"Love Ballater but the cottage didn’t come up to my expectations"

Situation

Missing a few basic requirements. eg. only 1 small waste paper bin in the whole house. First aid box had a piece of lint, thread and no plasters. Bed linen although clean , pillowcases were very crushed - didn’t look well laundered. Mouldy bread in bin obviously left from previous guests.
