Very clean, quiet and well equipped. Great communication. Beautiful location just few steps from the beach. Lots of boardgames available for guests.

Not sure it comfortably accommodates more than 4 people. We were 4 adults and one 8yo child and the sofa bed was just enough for one small person and not very comfortable. The table also accommodates 4 chairs only. It wasn't a problem for us but good to keep in mind if you are more than 4 adults.
