"Clean, well equipped property 10 yards from the beach"

Lovely location, just a few steps from the beach at Newbiggin, fully equipped, lovely and clean. It was an ideal break to enable us to explore the surrounding area on our way home from a trip to Northumberland.

The downstairs bedroom (which is kerbside) doesn’t have blinds or net curtains, so you really needed to keep the curtains closed, which was a shame.

"Excellent, well equipped stay with amazing location steps from the beach."

Great communication from the owner, very welcoming. The location was fantastic, steps away from the beach. The carriage house was clean and very comfortable. The owner has thought of the little touches that make a trip away from home so much easier. From beach towels to kitchen and bathroom extras, the perfect place to stay.

We didn’t have any issues with parking as it was out of season but I imagine it would be trickier in peak season.

The location was outstanding - just 30 seconds to the beach. Lots of equipment and amenities at the house. Brilliant! Host responded quickly to couple of questions.
