Everything was good in all aspects Would recommend to family and friends Great location for everything.

Just a small thing but could be a potential trip hazard is the small loose plastic tear sticking up abit matting running near the dining room table.

Great location. Comfortable bed.

V narrow stairs. A pint of milk in fridge would have been nice.

Located well for shops & beach & also we had other family members staying in the town

The noisy pub directly behind the property, but it did go quiet just after 11.30pm. There were 2 toilet rolls left for us (family 3) which would normally be fine but they were half the size of a standard roll & I had to buy some more. I was asked if possible to strip the beds & put in the bath for the cleaner. As we had to be out between 9.30-10am I think this is a bit cheeky to ask guests to do. I did put the towels in though.

You could happily stay here for a week - it had everything you needed.

the stairs were awkward and bunk bed mattress lumpy From the photos it looked like it was on the seafront which was disappointing.

Convenient, well equipped, warm and ideal location.

Two single travellers end up having to toss up for the main bedroom, loser gets a very small bunk room. Stairs need agility and strength. Bathroom downstairs so more awkward to access in the middle of the night. Lack of flexibility re cancellation policy.

Great location centre brown and close to the beach.
