Early check in or late check out available by request (additional fee applicable). The house cannot accommodate more than 4 guests. If this house rule is transgressed the reservation will be canceled and both the total price of the reservation and the damage deposit will not be refunded. Kindly note that this property does not offer storage space for bicycles inside or outside the cottage as the courtyard has not external access. "Great location"

The cottage worked out really well: luckily I bought some tea and coffee and porridge for the next day , but the only thing there was a small circle of soap , but excellent location. Smooth check in despite the host being out. There is a little garden off the kitchen with a table and chairs which was lovely in the day but a bit noisy at night because it backed on to the pub.

The bunk beds in the second room are more suited to younger children or teens or smaller adults , anyone over 6ft will be squished (one of the guests stands 6 feet 5).

"Delightful Fisherman’s cottage in central quiet location near beach and town centre."

Everything was good in all aspects Would recommend to family and friends Great location for everything.

Just a small thing but could be a potential trip hazard is the small loose plastic tear sticking up abit matting running near the dining room table.

"Just what we needed"

You could happily stay here for a week - it had everything you needed.

the stairs were awkward and bunk bed mattress lumpy From the photos it looked like it was on the seafront which was disappointing.

"A nice cosy cottage as I expected."

Located well for shops & beach & also we had other family members staying in the town

The noisy pub directly behind the property, but it did go quiet just after 11.30pm. There were 2 toilet rolls left for us (family 3) which would normally be fine but they were half the size of a standard roll & I had to buy some more. I was asked if possible to strip the beds & put in the bath for the cleaner. As we had to be out between 9.30-10am I think this is a bit cheeky to ask guests to do. I did put the towels in though.

Convenient, well equipped, warm and ideal location.

Two single travellers end up having to toss up for the main bedroom, loser gets a very small bunk room. Stairs need agility and strength. Bathroom downstairs so more awkward to access in the middle of the night. Lack of flexibility re cancellation policy.
