The house was in the middle of Coventry near foleshill road. Everything was clean and well managed. Staff was responsive and the check-in / check-out process was smooth and easy.

once you got in it was sweet. Even a lovely welcome pack.

The number of the appartment and the code to get the keys was an issue. No respose from early on. Plenty of notice and direct contacts were supplied but booking.com got blamed- not sure it was booking.com s fault. Just nobody bothering to answer the direct number supplied after 130pm. Eventually got a reply with the code at 18.42. Just as we were about to go find an alternative hotel after sitting around on a dark wet Feb evening for half an hour staring at a blank screen.

The only good thing about this house was the location for visitors.

When we arrive the house was freezing we tried to put the heating on and the boiler was broke we rang the number what was on the wall and she said she would bring blow heaters (like no) so my husbands fixed the boiler his self and then we got told how high to have the heating mind the house was freezing no one had been there for a while. There is mould in the kitchen bathrooms and 1 of the bedroom the bed in 2nd bed room was a slab for the bed it was that hard you was better off on the floor the bathroom in the en suite was thick with mould the sofa and chairs are so uncomfortable. The fridge was turned off and there was a puddle on the floor and the fridge stunk of mouldy water, just a horrible stayAnd for how much it cost me is so expensive you can find better for your money to be honest. The picture of the house is so outdated don't go there

excellent property for the price paid,ticked all the boxes and much appreciated free gifts of crisps biscuits a bottle of sloer and plenty of tea and coffee. nice tidy living area and kitchen. good location and parking, which includes a Ev charge point
