Lavender Country Cottage - Arrowtown Holiday Home

We loved this property, lots of room, three bathrooms including the one in the sleep out, just perfect for our family who were in Arrowtown for our sons wedding. Very clean and bright. Could not have been better, would highly recommend.

GREAT LOCATION

IT WAS PERFECT

The location was perfect for us, just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Arrowtown. The house was probably one of the best equipped houses we have ever stayed , especially in the kitchen.

It was so cozy. We had 6 adults from south Louisiana and we arrived and noticed the gas fireplace. We felt like we were in a magical cottage. So quaint and comfortable.

We had a leak in the primary bathroom sink. We alerted booking.com on Sat July 8. I sent 2 emails about the issue and I didn’t hear anything back. On Sat and Sun nights the leak was so bad that we were putting towels under the sink to absorb the excess water. Then running to the dryer to dry the towels. With only Two towels it was a pain. We were very concerned abt the water ruining the homeowner’s house. Finally on Mon July 10 our departure date we called the Bachcare phone number. Someone told us someone would come fix the problem. However when we left the property no one had come by to look at the problem.

Great location - very warm and comfortable - everything you needed was there. Location was tops too. All the necessities for a great holiday were provided
