Die Küchenausstattung hätte besser sein können

Tolle Lage am Kastell mit Blick auf das Meer und Terrassenzugang. Giacomo ist ein stets freundlicher Gastgeber.

Die Treppen die zur Wohnung im zweiten Stock führen sind teilweise schon abenteuerlich, aber das ist dem authentischen Charakter des Gebäudes geschuldet.

La localisation de l'appartement est situé en plein centre historique, avec des bars et restos à moins de 20 m. Malgré le monde qui circule dans la rue, l'appartement est bien isolé. Giacomo, le propriétaire des lieux est plutôt sympathique. Le salon et la chambre ont été rénovées récemment. La salle de bain et la mini cuisine restent dans leur jus. La climatisation fonctionne trés bien. Le lit de la chambre est confortable.

Canapé lit pas trés confortable pour 2 adolescents, convient plutôt à 2 enfants. L'annonce précise que l'appartement mesure 50 m2, en réalité c'est un rectangle qui mesure précisément 5,30 m par 5,60 m avec au milieu un pilier de 70 cm par 70 cm (factuel). L'appartement mesure donc à peine 30 m2. On est loin du compte ! Le balcon mesure quant à lui moins d'1 m2 (photo ci jointe) La terrasse n'est pas privative mais sert aux 2 appartements que loue le propriétaire. Pour y accéder, l'escalier est étroit et abrupt (ci joint photo). Si vous aviez prévu de régler par CB ou virement, ce ne sera pas possible, le propriétaire ne prends que de l'espèce, mais c'est indiqué dans l'annonce. Aucun placard pour ranger les affaires et les vêtements.

Fräsch lägenhet precis i centrum av gamla stan med fantastisk utsikt över havet. AC i både sovrum och kök/vardagsrum. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam värd som svarade snabbt på alla frågor. Ett väldigt bra boende!

Very convenient location, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, opposite there is a cute little restaurant with fantastic mussels and shrimps. This is my 5th time at Monopoly. It's a beautiful city. You can visit interesting and beautiful cities nearby. Clean and comfortable the appart. Magnificent sea view from the balcony . Giacomo was always in touch. Just it should be taken into account that there is a very steep narrow stairs to the apartment.

Giacomo was a perfect host. The location was great and the roof top terrace had a great view of both the ocean the beautiful sunset.

Great position in the historic centre. Many italian restaurants, bars and cafés next to the house. Awesome view from the sunny roof. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equiped. Our host Giacomo was very kind and helpful. The nearest beach was just 2 minutes walk. We had great vacation in the one of the most beautiful places in the world 🙂

The host Giacomo is super amazing. Helpful, accomodating, punctual, caring, reliable and full of energy.I loved the seaview from the balcony, the terrace upstairs is a good size to do yoga in the morning, lounge in the afternoon or just watch the stars at night with a glass of wine . Giacomo can take you to Bari airport or pick you up from the property, most taxis/cars are not allowed in the old city..

The stairs going to the terrace are small and steep, not for everyone. There is a light at the terrace but you switch it on next to your entrance door rather than once you are at the terrace. There are 2 levels at the terrace with a 70cm drop, easy to miss that especially when it's dark . I did find the rubbish recycling system and the IBAN transfer a little challenging.

Nice small apartment in great location, with the sea view from the balcony. Close to the Old Port and fantastic small beaches, great places to eat just a few steps away.

It is an old building and stairs leading to the apartment are steep - could be a issue for some people.
