Well equiped, clean, nice beds. Friendly host, easy to contact. We found this place to be a perfect base for exploring Valencia. Quiet area, nearby the beach and with the bike one can travel easily through Valencia. If you're planning on only seeing Valencia, then no need to hire a car. We haven't used the bus or tram, did every by bike (tip, rent: Santa Marlita Bikes at C/de la Reina 11, reasonable priced and friendly people). The roofterrace is a big plus. We were there 18-24 Feb and had sun from 1100-1600 hrs. And what we also found a plus is, that we (2 people) could put the bikes in the living room at night, as bikes easily and often get stolen in Valencia. The photos give an accurate and true representation of the apartment.

We didn’t really have any issues with it, maybe it’s good to know that the apartment isn’t fully soundproof. You can sometimes hear music from the upstairs neighbours (in the evening, not every night, not to long, it’s quiet after 8:30 pm). It’s not a reason not to choose this apartment, because the positives outweigh this ‘minus’ by far. Every now and then we could smell the sewer in the bathroom a bit. Easy to reduce or stop the smell by leaving the fan on. And just close the door. If friends of ours would plan to visit Valencia, we certainly recommend this place. We ourselves would also rent this place again.

Me encantó porque está muy cerca de la playa y se puede ir andando y, además tiene muy buena combinación para ir al centro de la ciudad. Es una zona silenciosa y tranquila, pero con tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Te recibe el anfitrión y te lo pone todo muy fácil. Super agradable y eficiente.

Los espacios, lo cómo y lo limpio, tiene todas las comodidades para estar a gusto. Está muy cerca de la principal playa de Valencia.

Es un poco lejos del centro

Cute and unique, different than many others. You entered directly into the living room, then there is one bedroom, a bathroom, a small hallway that takes you to the kitchen or to the interior mini-garden and rooftop, and on the other side is the other bedroom. It was quite cozy and nicely decorated. Located just a short walk to the beach.

There were no shelves in the first bedroom to put your stuff, only a couple of hangers, but more were needed. The bathroom also needs more storage space and for sure, newer towels. The ones offered were really teared down. A few improvements and newer towels and beddings may make a big difference! We didn’t use the kitchen, so I don’t know anything about it, we only kept a few drinks in the fridge. Oh, and the air conditioning was leaking, we found all the things that were on the chair below soaked. We moved that chair and put a wash basin to collect the water. That has to be addressed too.
