Easy to find, parked car in front of the property, owner on site to meet and greet. Lovely accommodation, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented.

Nothing- it was perfect for us and our requirements.

The host was in touch with us by what's ap and met us promptly at the apartment to hand over the keys. He was also available on what's ap for questions during our stay. The place was plain but comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a lovely plus. two bedrooms for us was meant for two couples, but the one bathroom, small kitchen and sitting room would have been cramped with four people. As it was, our other friends didn't join, us so it was plenty spacious for two people. In a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, with a nerby park and some good cafes and grocery stores in walking distance. The beach is a 15 minute walk and Centro des Arts and Science a 10 minute drive, downtown/old town another 10 minutes drive further. We never figured out public transportation and took Uber or taxis to downtown.

Our host provided general information about the direction to the beach and buses, and suggested we use apps like google maps and Uber - he did not provided any written maps or information. This was alright for us, but we did get a little lost in the residential neighborhood once.

Great location, near public transportation, close to the beach and not far from Valencia downtown. Victor was great, easy to reach out and tried to help us with the cigarette smell in the bedroom.

The house had a strong smell to cigarette including the bed.

We stayed here for four nights and directly when we entered apartment we felt like home. It was spacious for four people, with two separate rooms, one living room (TV with Netflix!), one totally functional kitchen with necessary utensils and basic salt/olive oil, one bathroom, and on the top there is a terrace! Everything is clean and organized. My family enjoyed it here. The location is not in the city center but transportation is very convenient. For me it is perfect as it is so close to the beach in 10 minutes walk. The host Victor is very nice and sweet. He is reachable and the communication is smooth. I’d definitely come back here next time and do more sightseeing and surfing :) The stay was more than pleasant !!

there was no breakfast. The kitchen was clean and smart, but lacked some utensils, extractor did not work, needed Tea pot, breakfast bowls, more washing up stuff, serving bowls .....

the property is a bit dark, seating not very comfy, terrace great but again not comfy
