Very nice apartment 5 minute walking from the see. Clean and equipped of everything we needed for our stay.

The location was great, 15 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants. close to the college, but a quiet neighborhood. loved the patio upstairs outside.

Nice apartment in a good location for the beach and had parking on the adjoining streets. Apartment was nice and had a terrace upstairs also.

The apartment was cold for this time of year. We used extra blankets at night. The walls are a bit thin aswell so we could hear the neighbours early in the morning. We got asked for a €50 deposit which wasn't mentioned on booking.com but we had no cash so didn't have to give it.

Victor our host was awesome , everything related to the flat was perfect. Professional hist, helpful and friendly. If we had any question Victor answered inmediately. The flat was as the description. The location the space for the entire family (5people) was more than enough. In the flat you have everything that you need. If you do not want to spend a lot of money in restaurents you have everything in the kitchen. Near to the flat you have Dia and Mercadona shops.

It is not a not like just a little advice. The AC should be cleaned every year almost once.

Close to the malvarosa beach. Quiet and cozy

Really lovely little apartment near the Malvarosa beach. It's well-designed so stayed pretty cool even in August but also has air con which worked well. Plenty of space for 2 parents + a teenager. Lovely tiny courtyard and upstairs terrace with seating. Good-sized rooms and well-equipped kitchen. Victor was also really helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. The neighbourhood feels quite authentic and residential rather than touristy, though the beach is a bare 10 mins walk away.

Valencia turned out to be bigger than we expected! So don't expect to be within walking distance of the old town or City of Arts & Sciences. But the public transport system is good (once you get the hang of it - information on the web was not always clear!) - take the tram + metro or bus to and from La Cadena. And it is genuinely near Malvarosa beach - we went for a late afternoon dip after each day's sightseeing and walked back in our swimming stuff!
