Very nice place to stay within easy walking distance from Beverley town centre, the house was very clean and had everything we needed, Paul was always on hand if we needed anything.

Convenient location, 20 minute walk from the centre of Beverley. Easy parking, good WiFi. Spacious house.

Complicated and somewhat onerous check in process prior to arrival involving scanning my driving licence and giving card details for a security deposit. Rather too many messages from the owner, including one the minute we opened the door saying they could see we had checked in and could we rate the cleaning and one at 8.30 the morning we were leaving to remind us to check out by 10. A shame towels are not included as this is a bit inconvenient although to be fair this is mentioned in the description.

"We had everything we needed.parking. Walk or short drive to Beverly. Host very helpful."

The house was very clean. Comfy beds. Parking. The host came to see us. He was very friendly, polite and helpful. Kept in touch with us. Any problem, felt feel to contact him. Would definitely recommend. We like Beverly and it was great to chill at end of day.

"Superb"

We went up to visit family, was nice to have somewhere other than a hotel as our base of operations. We enjoyed having our own facilities, Comms with the owner were good, and we got the info we needed.

Comms were good, if a little excessive, but other guests may appreciate the reminders.
