Location. Parking. Quiet neighborhood close to a good store

Property was very clean and well presented. Large enough for 6 adults if you need that and plenty of crockery etc. Good to have off road parking as there are lots of cars on the street.

Not your fault but I should have chosen a more central location so we could easily walk to pubs or restaurants, it's a decent walk to the town. Also nowhere to sit out, a patio area would have been nice in the evening as the weather was hot.

The location of the house wasn’t too far away from Beverley town centre. The area of the house was quiet.

A few things could do with being updated like the shower ( not very powerful ) the door handle into the living room ( was loose), also the microwave not in good condition. So don’t agree with the bond you have to pay for damage/ breakage. On top of what you pay for the property also maybe some air fresheners.
