Off road parking. Kitchen well equipped and visibility through the window so the person cooking could still interact with the rest of the group. Comfy lounge area with enough seating for all guests. Good size dining table for communal eating. I liked the additional trundle bed being in dining room so additional guests could go to bed even if other guests were staying up a bit later.

All good. Only thing i would improve on would be adding a couple of throws in the lounge to help keeping warm when sat in the evenings. I know this may make additional washing/drying. As we were there in winter it didnt affect us but outdoor seating would be good. (There may be in Summer as there appeared to be a garage so it may have been in Winter storage).

Great location, close to Beverley Town. Comfortable and ideal for a weekend break.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and homely and in a quiet residential area close to shops and amenities including cinema and restaurants. Free parking very welcome.

The shower is horribly low pressure Half rolls of tissue for a family stayinh for two nights.. For the price we paid for 2 nights, buying even a four pack of tissue shouldn't be too hard as a courtesy benefir. No heating first night. Second night fairly OK.

The house was lovely and ideal for us
