Mieszkanie duże przestronne, dwie łazienki i toaleta. Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem. Bezproblemowy kontakt w właścicielem.

Kamienica, podwórko, winda bardzo zaniedbane, obskurne. Czystość i stan mieszkania niezgodne ze zdjęciami. Brudne ściany, firanki, zepsute rolety okienne. Mieszkanie wymaga generalnego sprzątania i remontu.

Nada que valorar

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy negativa. Tras un olvido de algo importante y valioso dentro del apartamento, se comprobó que el servicio de limpieza había sido el único personal que lo pudiera haber sustraído. Aunque entiendo que los responsables no puedan verificar cada detalle, la falta de transparencia y la ausencia de solución o seguimiento por parte del equipo nos generaron una gran sensación de inseguridad y desconfianza. No recibimos ninguna explicación convincente ni apoyo real. No recomendaría este alojamiento, especialmente si valoras la seguridad y la responsabilidad en la gestión de incidencias.

"Uncomfortable stay and very poor service"

Central location

Foul smell in full building, non functional Airco, bad state of appliances, no channels or streaming service on TV, noisy beds with uncomfortable mattresses We reported the issues with Aurco but no action was taken- it was 34 degrees in budapest. The electricity in apartment went off for 6 hours before the customer service asked us to simply find the circuit breaker switch - no clue was provided as to where it was. There was dust all over the apartment and the soap dispenser was filled with water - no soap. Do not recommend the aoartment.
