"The property has a lot of potential, just needs a good clean through & sofa , flooring and rug renewed . It was pass"

Location was very central . Quiet at night . Owner left biscuits and fizz which was nice touch

Property didn’t seem to have been cleaned for a while, didn’t even seem like it had been before we arrived since last guests .Mould in bathroom & musty smell. Floors not swept. Rug dirty. Flooring lifting in many parts downstairs. Felt like old bedding
