Carlisle Central, Cute Studio Appt, The Cupboard

Small apartment, but with absolutely everything needed for two people to stay comfortably, in a beautiful location in the very center, next to the cathedral courtyard and within walking distance of the train station, which was a big advantage for us

Nice quiet location, despite being really central. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Nice touch with biscuits and fizz. Exceptionally clean and uncluttered

It's a super cosy apartment in the nicest part of town, in the very centre, yet very quiet. It has everything you need, all machines are well functioning. Check-in was easy with a key code.

One weak point of the apartment is its humidity and lack of aeration, as the bedroom window upstairs is the only one that can be opened a little bit. The other weak point is the bed. The mattress is very soft and uneven, and the bed linen felt like polyester on the skin. Nevertheless, for a short stay, it's lovely.

It was super cute - had everything we needed / great location too - lovely touches like baby Prosecco - always host was good communicator x

Lovely little cottage in fabulous location. Much bigger than I was expecting. Absolutely everything you need was provided. Parking right next door. We would definitely recommend this little gem.

Fantastic location and property arrangement really good for the size, perfect for couples.

We checked in at 2 and wandered through the place (doesnt take long as its super cosy), and found that it hadn't been cleaned, went to message the owner and seen a message asking if we could check in at 3, phew, we didn't have to make an awkward call. Came back at 3.30ish, downstairs had been cleaned (in a hurry, but sufficient enough). However, they hadn't changed the bedding, there was hairs and stains from the previous guests. Absolutely, not acceptable.

A brilliant find in the heart of Carlisle. A beautiful modern studio flat that comes with everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The extras of welcome cookies and fizz was a great touch too. The host was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to messages. We'll definitely stay again

That wasn't much to dislike at all but if we were being picky, the front door lock was very stiff and took us a few minutes to get in and the bathroom did smell a little of damp but a brilliant space, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Location was next to a pub. Was noisy until late.
