Lovely location - lovely cottage well thought out and beautifully decorated Light and airy with lots of nice touches - plenty of cushions and blankets making it feel really cosy

Liked everything- Heating came on at 7am but it went off during the day and we were cool in the evenings and overnight - we didn’t raise this as only stayed two nights and it was not unbearable

Loved the location, peaceful and mostly very quiet. Great views and walks, could've stayed longer than a week! Really "home from home". Cosy and snug - everything we needed was there. Homemade sponge cake, for our arrival, was delicious and very much appreciated.

The bathroom was ok but because the ladder rad temperature couldn't be adjusted (it was hot), when anyone showered the condensation built up and dripped from the roof window, so we were mopping the floor regularly (no hardship). Perhaps a shower cubicle would be a better alternative to the bath?

Exactly what you'd expect from a holiday cottage. Very spacious but feels cosy. Great facilities and good communication from hosts.

Beautiful location and extremely well equipped. Weavers Way on the doorstep was a lovely bonus

The cottage was clean, comfortable & well equipped. The quiet rural location was perfect with nearby walks for the dog and for visiting Cromer, Sheringham & Holt. We would certainly stay there again.

In our opinion, there was nothing to dislike.

The kitchen was so well equipped, we had everything we needed. The cottage was very spacious and the location was fantastic, with great views. We had a lovely walk to Cromer - no need for a car, just stepped out of the cottage and walked down Weaver's trail path, all in the countryside! Thank you for the cake, it was delicious and very thoughtful!
