Good location very clean and very well equipped.

Great location. Peaceful and yet only a few minutes drive to lots of lovely places, including good beaches. Walks straight from the door. Comfortable accommodation and perfect for our family as all on one floor. Two toilets were a bonus and we enjoyed the private courtyard. Lovely and clean and the delicious cake on arrival was really appreciated. The owners live next door and were very friendly and helpful when we needed help or advice. We would definitely like to return another year.

Nothing not to like! It could perhaps do with a few more kitchen bits and pieces such as another pan, and a water jug but overall we had everything we needed there.

Location was not excellent.

Was very cold when we arrived and we all sat huddled with blankets as the heating couldn’t be switched on.

Loved the location and how clean the property was. Also loved the garden being enclosed so our dog could roam about. Liked that the TV had Netflix. Two toilets were very handy and also liked that there was plenty of seating.

No charge point in bathroom (shaver socket) needed one for electric toothbrush. Found mattresses a little too soft.

Stable cottage was really lovely, clean and well equipped. It is in a quiet area just outside Cromer. Good sized fenced garden for the dog.
