Spacious, comfortable, clean cottage with a helpful host

Kitchen needs new matching crockery, glasses, baking trays etc. Also probably best not to say there are facilities to charge an electric car.

Host was very helpful. Clean comfy great location. Parking was good.

Fantastic location and well equipped facilities. The house is ideally placed for exploring town and being able to walk to the beach either through the town or the back streets. Made to feel welcome by the host who met us at the property and allowed us slightly early access. Thank you Bennet.

All good and no issues

Location and lots of space in property.

Being disturbed at 9am on the first morning by the host to bring us a lightbulb to replace a pink one in a bedside lamp. Would have appreciated a text message asking when it would be convenient to call round! Property was also a bit grubby - cobwebs, dirty drawers etc. Needs a thorough dusting and hoovering. Complimentary coffee sachets were 2 months past their best before date, loose tea bags in an open caddy unappealing. Wine and beer glasses provided but no bottle opener or corkscrew. Washing up bowl extremely tatty and in desperate need of replacing.

Location close to beach and town centre was great!

A damp smell as you arrive in the property is evident and mould in the shower was significant ,the mould was however was cleaned when we mentioned to the owner.The property overall was very dusty and gave the impression it was not used often or cleaning standards were poor..It was a little dated everywhere
